Other important variables to take care of would be:
- Repeat behavior (Swiggy, BigBasket) vs. One time/less frequent(Zefo, Rentomojo) — businesses which require customers to pay repeatedly tend to focus on “Previously selected”
If we compare, Swiggy seems more optimized and thought through than BigBasket. While Rentomojo has more visual cues than Zefo, they are roughly the same architecture. - Avg. transaction size — businesses with higher transaction size may see results from nudges. My hypothesis is that people only have large sums available via specific instruments
- Almost all focus on “offers”, infact most have several offers and coupons — that’s another discussion however
